Fat-fueled can't do high-intensity workouts

  TODAY'S WORKOUT 30:00 AMRAP 3:00 Per Exercise - Goblet Squat 54lbs - Cal Row - Toes to Bar - Hand Release Push-ups - Cal Air Bike - Sit-ups - Shoulder to Overhead 95lbs - Box Jumps 24" - Burpees - DB Snatches 50lbs I got 375 reps. 48 years old, moving weight, moving my body, doing high-intensity workouts when many people my age are deciding what heart disease, diabetes, or hypertension medication they're going to get on. Which lifestyle do you think has a longer future that includes activities, fun, adventure, and freedom?

Lifting after gym closings

  Crawling back.....post quarantine all of my major lifts took a hit. This is the heaviest five rep I've done in probably a year or more. It feels good to push my body and follow a plan that I know is going to get me where I want to go. It's especially satisfying to be able to do it at almost 50.

Lockdown at-Home Workout

You know I love burpees. Burpee Box Jumps are pretty cool too.⁣ ⁣ It's hot today.  I've been playing around with a high fat, moderate protein, calories deficit diet for two weeks. Thanks to @ketosavage for his info on the video we did a while ago.⁣ ⁣ I'm loving it so far. No cravings. Not ever really hungry. I just eat when it's around the time I've decided I'm going to eat each day.⁣ ⁣ I start work with coffee and heavy cream. That holds me until around 11-12 then I eat half a keto brick. I work out between 2-4 and around 6 I have a full meal. 3/4 - 1lbs ground beef and 3 eggs. ⁣ Today's Workout: 15:00 Weight Vest, Farmer's Carry. 30# vest, 25# plates ea. 10: 00 AMRAP - Burpee Box Jumps I got 57
