Being the old guy

  TODAY'S WORKOUT Find a Front Squat 2 Rep Max Then 3 Rounds for Time - 20 Cal Row - 15 GHD Situps - 10 Wall Balls It's kind of fun being the old guy in class and being able to keep up with the youngins. I wish everyone could enjoy the feeling of being physically capable and able to freely participate in whatever activities they want to.
